Friday, dozens of volunteers take a tally of Milwaukee Countys contribution to the 2016 president ial campaign, as recounted. Milwaukee county clerk, joe czarnezki, explains, the Morning Hours are dedicated to verifying absentee ballots, which can be contentious, at times, while the afternoon, involves counting ballots. Czarnezki also addresses the lingering threat of a federal lawsuit, potentially, putting this process onhold.
