New Delhi: The Supreme Court has closed the suo motu case it had initiated to probe an alleged conspiracy to defame the Indian judiciary.
Noting the low likelihood of recovery of electronic evidence with passage of nearly 2 years, a 3-judge bench led by Justice SK Kaul disposed of the pending case which was titled Matter of Great Public Importance touching upon the independence of the judiciary .
