(WVIR) - Authorities have arrested and charged two people in connection with a shooting in Waynesboro over the weekend that sent a person to the hospital. The police department says officers responded to a report of gunshots in the 800 block of Grayson Avenue Sunday, February 7. A silver Dodge Charger was suspected with being involved in the shooting, which officers saw and a pursuit ensued. Authorities say multiple people bailed out of the Charger during the pursuit, though officers gave chase on foot.
