Vale of Belvoir photographer gives portion of sales of greeting cards to Grantham homeless charity  | Updated: 17:27, 25 January 2021 A photographer is selling luxury greetings cards with a portion going to a charity which helps the homeless and vulnerable in Grantham. Christian Thompson, who is based in the Vale of Belvoir, has partnered with Grantham Poverty Concern to raise money for the charity as it continues to support the vulnerable in the area during the Covid-19 pandemic. The greetings cards are A5 and come with a glossy finish. Proceeds from the greetings cards will go to Grantham Passage. (44051735) Christian said: “Last year, I created greetings cards using my wildlife and landscape photographs and I thought it would be a nice idea to team up with Grantham Poverty Concern and offer £3 of each greetings cards pack purchase to the charity.”

The Nottingham makes Christmas donation to Grantham Passage charity  | Updated: 10:03, 11 December 2020 A building society branch has made a festive donation to a local charity. The Nottingham’s Grantham branch has donated £100 to the Grantham Passage that will help to relieve the devastating effects of poverty and homelessness this Christmas. When the building society made charitable funds available and asked its branches to nominate projects that help the most vulnerable in their communities, the team, based on High Street, decided to support Grantham Passage, part of Grantham Poverty Concern. Chris Thomas from Grantham Poverty Concern receives a £100 cheque from The Nottingham’s Sophie Beck. (43510780)
