The mailing of Sea Isle City’s 2023 Third Quarter Tax Bill was delayed. The City received it’s certified tax rate on July 17 from the Cape May County Board of Taxation. To accommodate our tax payers, Third Quarter Property Taxes are due August 1, 2023 – however, the Grace Period for payments has been extended to August 28, 2023. Therefore, to avoid interest penalties, payments must be received by the Sea Isle City Tax Collector by 4:00 PM on Monday, August 28, 2023.
Payments by mail can be sent to: City Hall, Attn: Tax Collector. Payments can also be made in-person on the second floor of City Hall from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM – or by using one of two drop boxes at City Hall.
