Baramulla, January 10 (Scoop News)-The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress achieved under different indicators of Aspirational District Programme, here.
The meeting held threadbare discussion and reviewed the progress achieved under Health, Education, Agriculture, Financial inclusion, Household Electrification, Water resources, Roads, Sanitation, Drinking Water, Internet Connectivity, Common Services Centre, Process Digitization and Skill Development.
After taking a comprehensive review of all the sectors, Dr Sehrish projected that initiatives need to be taken by all departments to reach 100% saturation across the district.

Baramulla,July 31 (Scoop News)- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog), Parameswaran Iyer today paid visit to Baramulla district to get first hand appraisal of various development indicators and parameters identified under centrally sponsored “Aspirational Districts” programme besides reviewing implementation of other schemes in the district Baramulla and Kupwara.
