Based on the London P.M. Fix on April 15, 2021 of US$1,757.20 per ounce, the aggregate amount of the cash payments on the Payment Date will be US$4,059,132, of which US$2,887,500 will be applied to reduce the aggregate principal amount of the Gold Notes issued and outstanding and the balance represents the Gold Premium.

(TSX: GCM; OTCQX: TPRFF) announced today that it produced a total of 18,643 ounces of gold at its Segovia Operations in March 2021 bringing the total gold production for the first quarter of 2021 to 49,058 ounces compared with 50,346 ounces in the first quarter of 2020. The Company also produced 57,315 ounces of silver in the first quarter of 2021, up from 45,918 ounces of silver in the first quarter last year.
