According to New York State’s COVID-19 Tracker on Monday, the most recent day for new coronavirus statistics, Fulton County had a positivity rate of 4.3% and 19 new cases, a higher positive rate than any of its neighboring counties: Montgomery (4.1%, 15 new cases) Saratoga (3.3%, 45 new cases) Hamilton (3.4%, 2 new cases Thursday) or Herkimer (3.5%, 12 new cases). Fulton County on Thursday also had a higher positive rate than Schenectady County (3.4%, 24 new cases) and Albany County (3.7%, 45 new ca
