The Glenwood Titans bounced back last week with a 35-7 victory over Decatur MacArthur. In the victory Titans QB Jake Burris continued his stellar spring season by connecting with Austin Bush on three TD passes. A fourth TD pass went to TE Jacob Tedrow. The Titans defense was able to limit the effectiveness of MacArthur QB Brylan Phillips. The Titans will need more of that this week as they take on Springfield High and their QB Rashad Rochelle
Rochelle, a Jr., is a verbal commit to Rutgers. Rochelle is dangerous with both his arm and his feet and has plenty of weapons around him. The Titans defense will have a challenge on their hands but one they are definitely up to. The Titans offense will continue to keep doing what they have been doing and look for Senior QB Jake Burris to lead the way.

The Glenwood Titans will look to get back on the winning track Friday night at Titans Stadium as they host the Decatur MacArthur Generals. Last time out the Titans suffered a tough loss to the SHG Cyclones. In that game the Titans got rushing touchdowns from QB Jake Burris and RB Galashky Blaise. The Titans look to take the lessons learned against SHG and put them into practice against the Generals.
Decatur MacArthur is led by their athletic QB Brylan Phillips. Phillips is a dual threat QB that can hurt a defense both with his arm and his legs. The Generals numbers are down this spring and that could prove to be the difference as the Titans have a way of wearing down their opponents.
