deadly school bus crash. yeah, that driver is now facing multiple counts of vehicular homicide. authorities say at least five children died when the bus overturned after slamming into a tree. 24-year-old johnathy walker is being held on $20,000 bond. he s due in court next tuesday. abc s stephanie ramos has more. hamilton county schools confirmed there were 35 students on board the bus. all those students attend woodmore elementary and are in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. reporter: just a mile away from the chattanooga elementary school a school bus packed with more than 30 kids ran off the road, crashed into trees ending up on its side in a tangled mess. bloodied students lay on stretchers. not all survived. multiple children lost their lives. reporter: officials say at least five kids were killed. right now investigators believe the bus was most likely traveling too fast. no other vehicles were involved arrested and is now facing charges. walker is
