ANN ARBOR, MI A new luxury housing development is being proposed on a 39-acre site in northeast Ann Arbor.
Home builder Toll Brothers is seeking city approval to develop a 56-home subdivision at 660 Earhart Road, abutting U.S. 23.
The proposed site is the wooded area between the Greenhills School baseball field to the north and the Concordia University baseball field to the south.
