Maengun James Lee Randberg, 22, of Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct - victim under age 13, and gross misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court records, on April 21 he approached a girl under the age of 11 who was sleeping in the same house, touching her inappropriately and trying to pull her pants down.
