County is in a state of emergency due to the creek and rye fires which have destroyed at least 30 structures. This is new video in ventura county. The fire continues to threaten structures. Firefighters describe this as being one of the fiercest infernos theyve ever battled. Ive never seen structures lost in this county like this.
