It is clear to us that the republicans in the house want to shut down the government. We dont have a budget starting october 1st and when they have not been willing to negotiate, you do a continuing resolution. You continue at last years level until you work something out. That is regular order. But the republicans want to move their extreme agenda, even though the Health Care Bill was enacted several years ago and upheld by the courts, we wont negotiate that way. We think government must stay open and then we can negotiate. But we wont be intimidated by their threats. So at this point the republicans want to close down government.
