The Witney North and East seat was won by Duncan Enright with 1606 votes. Suzanne Bartington, who resigned from the Tories to sit as an independent was the previous councillor. Labour s Geoff Saul, who also represented the area on West Oxfordshire District Council, took the Chipping Norton seat with 1,528 votes, with Conservative Maz Holland getting 1,468. Labour held on to its seat in Witney South and Central. Andrew Coles will be the new councillor, with Laura Price standing down.
