South Williamsport, Pa. — Gary E. Helsel, 81, of South Williamsport passed away peacefully Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024 at the Gatehouse of Divine Providence Hospital.
Stephanie Rosendale, a Westmont Hilltop Junior-Senior High School graduate, will attend New York s Fashion Week in the fall after winning a West Virginia University fashion design contest this spring.
