The remains of Chandler Hill, 18, who had been missing after a fire Monday, were found Thursday in the home in the 4500 block of Athlone Avenue in St. Louis.
The 18-year-old has not been found in the remains of the home because the water used to extinguish the blaze froze over during frigid temperatures this week.
