Today, it was announced that the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour is celebrating the return of live, in-person music performances with a COVID-safe electronic music tour headlined by dubstep’s newest superstar, Subtronics.
Beginning in April, the Philadelphia DJ/producer will hit the road for an ear-shattering run covering 11 markets over 19 dates where fans can watch from the comfort of their own cars or in socially distanced pods.
Seen locally at Camp Bisco at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Subtronics is best known for his cutting-edge sound design and high-energy live performances. His self-proclaimed “angry robot noises” have garnered him collaborations with the likes of Excision, Slander, NGHTMRE, Kayzo and more, along with his own deep catalog of fan favorites. “Griztronics,” named for co-creators Subtronics and GRiZ, was widely considered to be the bass music anthem of 2019 and peaked on the Billboard dance charts at No. 9.
