The document was signed by FEZ Brest Administration Head Mikhail Samolazov and Deputy Director General of SEZ Lotus Andrei Nalimov. Thus, Belarus' oldest free economic zone became the third Belarusian partner of SEZ Lotus. The Russian zone had already signed similar agreements with FEZ Vitebsk and FEZ Mogilev.
