Minor to moderate tidal flooding especially tomorrow night at high tide and dangerous rip currents. I know most of the beaches are not allowing swimming because of that. So, it will stay offshore, no threat to land but really the big story in the atlantic is not jose, its Hurricane Maria. This is now a cat four hurricane.
