Gaines County Treasurer, Michael Lord JR. attended the Texas Association of Counties’ (TAC) Texas Public Funds Investment Conference on Nov. 9 and 10 in Houston. TAC’s County Investment Academy holds the annual conference.
Since being elected as Gaines County Treasurer in 2011 and seeing how no one will run against him, Michael Lord Jr. has proven himself to be a deserving nominee of the Annual Texas Outstanding County Treasurer award.
