NEW DELHI: Indigo has incurred a loss of Rs 1,147.2 crore in the January-March quarter (Q4 of FY 21) due to the surge in Covid cases, compared to a loss of Rs 870.8 crore in same period in the previous fiscal. Revenue from operations fell by 25% to reach Rs 6,222.9 crore in Q4 as compared to the same period last fiscal.
The fourth-quarter performance of the economic variables for the year 2020-21 (FY-21) has recently been released (31-05-21) by the National Statistical Office (NSO) showing the trends as expected.
