10 of the Best Michigan Classic Rock Artists
Michigan s Best Classic Rock Artists
#1 is Bob Seger. It s not even worth arguing. His music has provided the soundtrack of the lives of countless Michiganders and connects people of all age groups. It s sad to me Bryan Adams has a greater net worth. This man is a Michigan treasure. Just lost Alto Reed in December.
My second favorite Michigan artist is close but it goes to Alice Cooper. This is largely based on my reaction to scream my head off whenever Be My Lover comes on. It s hard not to scream to Hello Hooray too. Like Bob, too many great tunes to mention. I think he is the smartest of all the musicians from Michigan. He may have started somewhere else but Alice Cooper made his name in Michigan.
