This is certainly not what School Officials thought they would see this afternoon for the rush hour when they made the call to send kids home early. Thomas Stone High School in waldorf released its 1,500 students at 12 15 this afternoon, not a snowflake in sight but at the time a winter storm warning was still in effect forcing School Officials to play it safe should the afternoon rush turn ugly. Students were divided on the call. I think they did a good thing because we nee
