At an oakley house Party Saturday night, sending teenagers scrambling and leaving a 16yearold boy dead and three other teens wounded. I have a 17yearold female who has been released from the hospital. She had gunshot wounds. I have a 16yearold male who is still hospitalized with gunshot wounds. And i have a 15yearold male who is still hospitalized with gunshot wounds. There was probably 100, 150 kids out here, and they were all running around. It kind of sounded like a horror movie. A newly leaked video showing an officerinvolved shooting in antioch. We want to warn you here this video is graphic. [ sound of gunfire ] you hear the gunshots there. This video was given to us by a civil rights attorney. It was filmed from a balcony and shows four Antioch Police officers firing more than a dozen shots. This was on october 1st. The man they shot was a burglary suspect named dan maccen. Maccen survived the shooting but he was hit nine times. Antioch p. D. Says they fired their weapons after maccen pointed a gun at them while running away. But the video does not appear to show the man pointing any weapon at police.
