Dr Nandipha Magudumana, accused of helping convicted rapist and killer Thabo Bester escape from prison, wants a court to declare her arrest and 'abduction' in Tanzania in April 'wrong and unlawful', according to reports.
Facebook rapist and murderer Thabo Bester made a virtual appearance at the Bloemfontein Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, separate from his girlfriend and celebrity doctor Nandipha Magudumana, who also made a virtual appearance inside a court building secluded from six other alleged accomplices.
Dr Nandipha Magudumana's father, Cornelius Sekeleni, with his co-accused and former G4S prison warden Senohe Matsoara briefly appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrates' Court on Tuesday for allegedly aiding the audacious escape of convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester.
