Ever had was oversold. Law enforcement coming forward really wanted to know what they can do to reduce Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. And when implemented, these strategies, this guidance, will increase survivor participation because it will increase their trust. It will lead to successful prosecutions. And that will lead to increased Public Safety overall, so i want to end by applauding Law Enforcement in illinois and around the country who have truly pioneered some of these common sense strategies and they have proved how effective they are when it comes to being able to reduce crime in communities. So it can be done. And again, thank you to the department of justice and everybody involved for this very important guidance and for the training and resources that are needed to implement it. As hannah mentioned on the military side they have made pretty significant strides in reform in the last couple years. A senior russian i was speaking with last week pointed out jokingly that of all things we said we will reform and the only ones with result is the military. It is true not only in terms of the professionalization of the for forces but developing new radar, missile and air enabled platforms. There is some of this stuff happening. Russia is not a full spectrum force. It doesnt have the capabilities the United States has. But it has pretty significant capabilities compared to a country like, say, china. I think we have to take that seriously. I think sometimes what was said at one time about them being an army with a state more than an army. Larry was talking earlier about the neutrality network. Net neutrality is a little catchier. I didnt think it would catch on but somehow it did did. Host well the president this week professor wu spoke about Net Neutrality. Here is a little bit of what he had to say. Im laying out a plan to keep the internet free and open and thats why merging the federal Communications Commission to do everything they can to protect Net Neutrality for everyone. They should make it clear that whether youd use a computer, phone or tablet internet providers have a legal obligation not to block or limit your access to a web site. Should just get better. We cannot ask industry, oh, dont encrypt, dont do anything. I would love to follow that when chinese and russians also followed that as well. So thats just not going to work. Im very respectful of the problems that the Law Enforcement agency has with the current state of affairs. We just have to get better. And it works at the end its going to work better for us as a nation. So thats number one. I fully agree. Some of the things that so, going dark, i dont know if its going dark. I know that we are currently in a state that we are really able to think certain way about the system design, about the system security, about maintaining privacy. That world has changed. The world and the industry has changed rapidly. The rest of us are catching up. So i think it pays dividend if we figure out, take some time, figure out what are the rules of this new world where we dont necessarily need to rely on encryption. Im a big fan of encryption. Its one of the tools that Secur
