Earlier this afternoon, one man on a boat decided to jump off for a swim but never resurfaced. Rescue crews spent more than eight hours today on the water looking for this man on the delaware river. Coast guard and crews were on the water for most of the day. They found his body about 8 30 tonight. Witnesses telling authorities that the man jumped off the back of the boat but could not swim. A passing jet ski tried to help by throwing a life vest into the water. The jet ski tried to save him, but it was too late. He went under
