Vets are warning residents to be vigilant and vaccinate, with positive rabies cases in both people and animals rising across the province. In the past month, six rabies cases were reported, and this weekend a dog that attacked three people and two dogs was shot after terrorising residents between Cozy Corner and Kayser’s Beach because it was believed to have been infected.
