Forrest and Lois (Turner) Elder were married on September 11th, 1953 in Tracy, Minnesota. They began their married life in San Diego where Forrest was a submariner in the Navy. After returning to Minnesota and living in several places, Forrest’s sales job with Super Valu brought them to Lake Park in 1968 with their four children.
