M lisa cooney. Mark four people are dead. 14 wounded after a gunman opens fire at a kansas plant. Sarah plake has the latest from kansas. Reporter workers inside a rural kansas plant described a chaotic scene. Everybody was running, people were screaming, crying. We just the not know what to do. All of a sudden it was pop, pop, pop. Reporter four people were killed, including the gunman. 14 others wounded, five critically. Witnesses say the suspect was an employee of the plant at arms of the assultstyle weapon and a handgun. Police say ford also shot and wounded three people he encountered on the way to the plant before he went inside and opened fire. Was randomly shooting people. Reporter the first officer immediately engaged the gunman and single handedly took him down. The only reason he stopped shooting was because that Reporter Police say ford was served with a protection from abuse order by his girlfriend hours before the shooting. 3 30. , he gets served in 5 00 we have the first
