Training never stops for junior tennis sensation Alex Eala despite spending the holidays with her family in the Philippines.
In a recent guesting with Noli Eala’s Power & play program, Eala said she spends five hours a day for her training which is based from the modules that her coaches from the Rafa Nadal Academy are sending.
“It’s preseason now. Basically we’re focused on fitness while there are no tournaments and it’s going to be the base for the rest of the year,” Eala said.
The 15-year-old Eala, who has been training in Mallorca, Spain for the past years, said she was proud of what she has achieved this year despite the challenges brought by the pandemic.
