馬克宏提在喀布爾設安全區神學士反嗆：在法國境內可能設嗎？ - 國際

法國總統馬克宏（Emmanuel Macron）日前曾表示，法國和英國將向聯合國提議在喀布爾設立「安全區」，讓人道主義撤離行動得以持續進行。針對馬克宏的提議，神學士（Taliban，或譯塔利班）發言人夏亨（Suhail Shaheen）接受法媒訪問時表示，在阿富汗境內沒有必要設置安全區。綜合外媒報導，夏亨在卡達接受法媒《france inter》訪問時表示質疑馬克宏的說法，並直言：「完全沒有必要，阿富汗是個獨立國家，在法國或英國國內可能建立這樣的區域嗎？」夏亨表示，每個阿富汗人都可以在8月31日之後出國旅行，不管是去任何國家和地區都可以，但重點是，不管是護照或是簽證，他們都必須要有文件許可。
