Greg White will discuss the unique legal aspects of Colorado water law, including how it relates to historic development issues within Northern Colorado for the Loveland Historical Society Thursday night.
The Loveland Historical Society will hear a talk Thursday on "History of Colorado Water Law"; the Fort Collins Audubon Society will hear a talk on overlooked birds; and entrance fees will be waived on Monday at Rocky Mountain National Park for the MLK Jr. holiday.
