The director of operations at Bushkill Park has accused the owner of violating his lease, changing the locks and dismantling rides he invested years in restoring.
The owner of the small amusement park, however, says the director of operations drew up a bogus lease because he doesn’t have a real one. He accused the director of fraud by misrepresenting himself to buyers of one of the rides and working to prevent the sale of that ride from going through.
