KINGSTON - An Ulster County grand jury indicted a Highland man for predatrory sexual assault against a child, a felony, on Tuesday.
According to Ulster County District Attorney David Clegg, Natividad Rodriguez-Rivera, 35, formerly of South Street, Highland, is accused of engaging in multiple acts of sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years old in the Town of Plattekill between August of 2017 and August of 2019.
State police arrested Rodriguez-Rivera in Ellenville on Aug. 21, 2019. They were assisted by the Ulster County Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner s Unit, a part of the district attorney s office, and the state Forensic Investigation Center in Albany, a division of the state police.
