generally speaking, it takes an act of war, in which the united states is heavily involved, to make it a foreign policy election. so in the end, you know, this certainly is going to be important, but it could not be it might not be the decisive factor in the election. although she may have a good debate opponent now, hillary clinton is as good a debater as you get in these kinds of campaigns and it s not like she s not ready for everything lincoln chafee is going to say or everyone else that might get on that stage with her. i just don t see where you carve out a significant difference with hillary clinton, even on foreign policy today and the president, and where you go on domestic policy with hillary clinton in the democratic primary? i think that s key for the democratic primary, but i will differ because i think the rise of isis and the beheadings as really had a sea change in public opinion on foreign policy and you see that with the polls
