The High Court on Tuesday granted default judgment in favour of the two ministers after Yang failed to respond to their defamation suits against him. | World News
The defamation case stems from Yang's allegations relating to Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam and Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan renting two state-owned bungalows.
The judgment was entered without Mr Lee Hsien Yang's response or participation, but the judge found that the defamation claims would have been made out on a reading of his offending Facebook post.
