He was investigating a suspect believed to have a gun inside the beige lexus, that suspect then became aware of the officers presence and according to police intentionally ran that buys rammed that bicycle officer before taking off. The vehicle was found in Golden Gate Park and at 3 30 the suspect was arrested on the 500 block of ellis street. Now, the officer again had surgery. Approached a mom from behind, grabbed her, and began fighting. They both started fighting on the ground, on the floor, im told, and they were fighting, apparently, over the baby. Now, this bystander told me that another man held the homeless person down, pinned her down until police were able to apprehend her. The mother, obviously, was very upset, and when we tried to approach her, she held on to her baby. Im told that police have taken the mother away to try to help her with this trauma, and the woman who, the homeless woman, im told, was arrested and taken away by police. Now, it appears so far we know very little information, but appears this case is one of a homeless woman who is mentally disturbed, trying to abduct a child. Thats all we know right now.
