During his budget address at the Statehouse Tuesday Gov. Phil Murphy proposed a 2.5% Corporate Transit Fee on corporations with more than $10 million in annual profit.
The district announced restrictions would be put in place after monitoring software found that students were using their school issued machines in the evening and in some cases well past midnight.
