you know, that social media valley of saying that trump s rooting for a depression crash, and b, de facto acknowledging that the economy is strong is a step in that direction. they haven t come up with the sticky stats and sound bites that you need. trump always hammered home the economy. the biden team hasn t done that as much. they need to. another thing, a lot of the landmark accomplishments of the administration, the chips act, the infrastructure bill, those folks haven t been felt yet. biden has talked about the middle class. the middle class needs to feel they re improving under the economy, and the piece of legislation may do that. kwhawhat i think is interest and i m making too much of a social media video that s clearly staged but doesn t that kind of capture the entire strategy, donald trump says a thing, biden responds to a thing, and that s how they get people to key in on the election and the contrast here. i always see the person as reacting as losing, right, so i thi

a tandem at home. you will see a lot more of the two of them together. speaking of new hampshire we have more. dana: want to bring in the republican governor of new hampshire chris sununu. great to have you here. no shortage of candidates stopping by to see. the reception seemed like a good group. what is your assessment of the desantis campaign so far in new hampshire after they spent two days in iowa? his legislature is done and getting his campaign underway. he understands the value of retail politics. thought it was a darn good speech. not just about the woke stuff. he talks about fiscal discipline and doing things in washington that folks haven t gotten done. whether it s ron or all the candidates, that s what we have to be talking about. where washington has failed and what you will bring to the table tomorrow. not relitigating yesterday but what you bring to the table tomorrow. we have a whole circus of candidates as they come through new hampshire and they know the
defaulted on our debt. it should be much ahigher than that. inflation is bad. risk of recession a bad. banking turmoil, not so great. global financial crisis, way worse. way worse. it s also a function. fact that folks haven t seen it, so it s hard to imagine. i mean, you can t overstate how reckless this game of chicken is. it s the opposite of fisically responsible. it makes.com look dysfunctional. the only people to benefits are countries like china who want to see the united states removed as the world currency. we can t even take care of our own house. these are the the stakes. this is not a lever to pull to push your own political agenda. do that through the budget. but here we are. why is it a mistake for the democrats not to do it when they have control of both chambers? i think so. there were voices warning this is coming. this groundhog day only when a democratic is president and they had unified control and could
