Gagnon is about to release his third album as Flore Laurentienne. The album 8 tableaux draws inspiration from the works of artist Jean Paul Riopelle, as Gagnon created works to give musical form to Riopelle s paintings. Gagnon joins us today to talk about his new recording and what to expect when he brings Flore Laurentienne to the National Arts Centre s Azrieli Studio on Thursday, February 29th.
