Visitors to the Seaside Gallery in Haikou Harbor in Pingtung County’s Checheng Township yesterday interact with the “Dreams of a Sleeping World” immersive artwork by Japanese-Brazilian artist Oscar Oiwa as part of the “Dreams of a Sleeping World A Floating Tour of the Senses” exhibition, which opened yesterday and runs through Sept. 13.
