Acreage Holdings, Inc. (“Acreage”) (CSE:ACRG.A.U, ACRG.B.U), (OTCQX: ACRHF, ACRDF) a vertically integrated, multi-state operator of cannabis licenses and assets in the U.S., today announced it has closed its previously disclosed agreement to divest 100% of its Acreage Florida, Inc. subsidiary to Red White and Bloom Brands, LLC (the “Buyer”).
