Police say 39 yearold carlo mesa door Carleau Mesidor used a lanyard to hang his 3monthold puppy by the neck. Then repeatedly punched her in the head care. There were two other dogs in the home they have been turned over to manatee county. Mesidor is charged with aggravated animal abuse. Pasco deputies are warning marina owners to be on the lookout, after a series of burglaries. Last month. Thieves broke into the anclote village marina.
