Giaretta will continue to work alongside Technical Director Ben Manga who was brought into the Championship club at the end of 2022. It’s understood that Manga will continue to focus on recruitment and scouting while Giaretta will concentrate on an overarching remit with first-team affairs.
Talks have been ongoing for the last few months regarding the continuation of Giaretta’s role and an extension has been agreed with owner Gino Pozzo.
