In a statement, FAM president Dr Basharat Munshi has called for an end to the circulation of the footage and images on social media forums. “We strongly demand that this stop,” Dr Munshi said. “A fellow human being that has been brutalised is not entertainment,” he said. “If you have received this video and or pictures of the attack or of the operation, delete it now! Inform whoever sent it, to delete it as well.
