Police announced Monday the arrests of a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old oy in connection with the death of Richard Cantey, 21. The two teenagers are being held at the Virginia Beach Juvenile Detention Center.
An estimated $2 million trail project is currently in the design phase in Virginia Beach, and as more residents learn about it, some are questioning the need for and the effects of the trail.
