Innovative proposals to transform a former high school site into a dynamic, modern housing and sports project are set to go ahead - despite dozens of objections.
Inadequate parking is one of the man concerns with only one space per property proposed, but planning chiefs say homeowners can park in a car park which is just under a mile walk there and back.
East Suffolk Council (ESC) has received more than 50 objections to the plans for the former Deben High School site in Garrison Lane, Felixstowe.

Talks are underway aimed at turning a historic war-time fortress into a tourist attraction - with those involved urged to adopt some blue sky thinking .
Martello Tower P sits at the centre of the Martello Park development on Felixstowe seafront with panoramic views of the resort and its coast.
The Napoleonic tower - built as part of a chain of 103 towers along England s south-east and east coast to ward of a feared French invasion in the late 18th and early 19th centuries - has been restored in recent years and a number of projects have been considered for its future.

Prince Philip had a huge interest in Britain s industry and technology sectors - and developed strong links with the Port of Felixstowe.
He visited the port a number of times over the years, taking a special interest in its development from a traditional working port to embracing the world of containerisation in 1967 and becoming the UK s top box-port and a world leader.
He watched closely as the port expanded and was delighted in the major role it plays in the UK economy.
