Wall Street edged higher
and U.S. Treasury yields dipped on Tuesday amid the doldrums
ahead of a holiday weekend and a lack of market catalysts to
spark conviction one way or the other. .
The U.S. dollar edged up
against the euro on Tuesday, as Federal Reserve policymakers
said it is prudent for the U.S. central bank to wait several
